We are to create a compassionate community dedicated to mental health
advocacy, educating in the art of meaningful self-care routines, and the de-stigmatization
of prioritizing well-being.
This Saturday (07/19) we were able to showcase TranquilTally to senior residential community at LIVIA in East Hanover, NJ. We were so happy to see that over 20 seniors attended and learned, through demonstration, how to use TranquilTally and the benefits of journaling. The app has been updated recently to accomodate for larger demographics by making font sizes bigger, allowing multiple different languages, and having a voice-to-text function in the journaling tab.
When we think about healthy aging, physical activity and nutrition often come to mind first. But just as important is nurturing our mental well-being.
