  Vibrant Waves partnered with my friend Newark Academy Student Olivier Dai on a podcast on Asian mental health project where we interview youth for their experiences on mental health and will be doing a short film. This is to  address stereotypes (such as the smart Asian kid, or expectations) and attitudes towards stress (aka, NEWARKACADEMY). today, Oliver and I sat down together to discuss at our first meeting.

Last day of Summer tennis Slam Camp. This summer,   Slam summer Tennis camp donate 70% of proceeds to Second Serve non-profit org ( About Us | Second Serve | United States ) to support the organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of under-resourced kids who live tennis by giving them the equipment they need.

TranquilTally Showcase at LIVIA Senior Center!

This Saturday (07/19) we were able to showcase TranquilTally to senior residential community at LIVIA in East Hanover, NJ. We were so happy to see that over 20 seniors attended and learned, through demonstration, how to use TranquilTally and the benefits of journaling. The app has been updated recently to accomodate for larger demographics by making font sizes bigger, allowing multiple different languages, and having a voice-to-text function in the journaling tab.
